Gift Aid Declaration Form

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. This means that £10 can be turned into £12.50 just so long as donations are made through Gift Aid. Imagine what a difference that could make, and it doesn’t cost you a thing.

1. If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the charity reclaims, please notify us and you can cancel your declaration.
2. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self-Assessment tax return.
3. If you are unsure whether your donation(s) qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, ask your local tax office or see www.gov.ouk and do a search for tax relief when you donate to a charity
