Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum. I'm 25 and I have albinism. I dye my hair in light blond but I'm becoming allergic to the hair dye now! So, I was thinking of getting back to my white hair but I don't think I really want that. I need your help then to know if there are any natural dye that works on our hair? Has anyone try cassia? I don't want dark hair, just the lightest blong before white ;)
I hope you'll have some advices because at the moment the roots are growing and it's not pretty at all! I'll do the dye once again for the last time ever then I'll have to find another solution...
BTW, do you dye your hair?

Laetitia

I did dye my hair for a little while - I went for a proper dark colour lol - went a brown-red!

Once I knew I had the choice to either be my natural white OR dye it with a dye that does 100% grey coverage, I was able to just say 'my natural hair is easier to look after than my dyed hair so I'm going natural!'...although I do get tempted every now and then to have another go!

I'm afraid I can't help you on the best product for a natural dye. Perhaps try a different brand, if you haven't already and see if you are less sensitive to that? I just didn't want your post unanswered. Hope I've been of SOME help :-)

Katie x

Hi

Thanks for answering. I kinda knew I wouldn't have many answers ;)
I will try Cassia soon which is a natural dye like henna. Apparenty, it gives a light golden colour to white and very light blond hair.
I hope it will work. I am not ashamed of my white hair or something like that. I just prefer myself with darker hair because I find white too flashy.

Hi!
Im new to this forum and I would LOVE to know if the natural dye works on our hair and I was also wondering if you could tell me and exact colour and brand of the dye you currently use as I have always wanted to dye my hair a light blond just to take the whiteness away. :D

thanks, Nat.xx
